As DC has said on that topic, if he persists to crash servers, he will go through legal actions to get rid of this "menace". If he is a Turk, as LilG said, and is a kid, the chances are he does not, in fact, know much of the English literature, thus meaning that he has no clue as to what the consequences will be.
