jela . noob vip

hi all .
im talkin about the jela./331 idk how its he`s nick anyway..

.. on server [happy town] he join regular
and he ask .. do you want restArt .. [ok its ok] .. but all said no ,no,noo,no!. cuze vip and houses WAS all opened.
but he restardet couse he think is too much powerful and can do anything he want.. {abuse}

when he restarded from the teleport was an speedhacker.
the speedhacker , tryed with hack [hack name removed] to go fast than others and get the vip
i telled jela about that hacker {speedhacker] anyway.... he said
im not supozed to kick him . only moderators can ban the speedhackers. i said to him to kick just kick him [10 times +]
...
and he dosent do anything seems he dont respect rules why he dosent kick.. he can ,,,,kick just kick the noob hacker
but he dosent kick him {wtf -.-`} he should kick the hacker but HEEE kicked ME
DOWNGRADE FOR HIM HE DONT KNOW HOW TO USE VIP COMMANDS./ HE USE vip only to f*** up the server just restart and kick for nothin -.-
I TRYED TO TAKE THE SNAP SHOOTS TO PROVE IT BUT FAIL . MY F5 PROBLEM ...

you should use print screen and crop it on paint (thats what i do)

2.He didnt reported a hacker.
